This is due to major proposed changes within the League structure.

Please make sure that someone represents your Team.

The usual £30 League Entry Fee must be paid at this AGM.

Hi Guys,

Please note the following:
 

2008-09 AGM
The VHSL AGM has been scheduled for 8pm on Monday 14th July 2008 at Q Ball, Basildon.
This is a few weeks earliers than normal as I believe we have some changes to put into

action before the new season.

Some of these will include some new faces on the committee. As previously stated I do not

have the time to organise everything anymore so to allocate certain areas to certain people

this will hpefully help the league to run more smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
If any of you or your team mates are interested in helping with any area of the league please

feel free to contact me asap so we can discuss in more detail.

As usual the AGM will double up as the registration night for the 2008/2009 season. Rather

than send registration forms to your clubs I would rather mail them to your home address

or I can send a copy via email if that would be easier for you.
If you are the team captain or would like to recieve these forms to pass on to others who

may want to start new teams please contact me and let me know asap.
These forms will be ready to be sent by Friday 20th June.
